The Regulatory Services Program administers the Commission's responsibilities under ECL Article 43 and 6NYCRR 645 & 646 relating to all permit and registration requirements, with the exception of boat registrations. The Program is responsible for administrative processing of applications for permits including jurisdictional determinations, determinations under the State Environmental Quality Review Act and the review of all permit applications. Additionally, this program maintains the records on authorized dock & mooring configurations on lakefront properties.
